All full-time tenants including private office and dedicated desk customers have unlimited access to the Co-working space. Club members have access 9 to 6 on weekdays.

The Roller is conveniently located near Green Square and accessible via many areas of Sydney. It is an easy 500m walk to Green Square Railway Station on the T8 Airport line and 1 stop to Central. We are serviced by the 304, 306, 309, 320, 343, 370, 310, 348 and N20 buses. Waterloo metro station is a 20 minute walk or a short bus ride up the road.

Yes, our indoor bike racks offer bike riders convenience and security.

Our corporate-grade NBN gives tenants unlimited access to high-speed, wired or WIFI, reliable internet.

The Roller takes security seriously. All tenants gain access to the building with a unique code. There are cctv cameras monitoring the property at all times.

Our dedicated desks are at least a generous 160cm wide and 75cm deep. The Club members desks are 120cm wide and 60 cm deep.

You can choose to have your office fully furnished or you can bring your own. We will arrange with you prior to moving in to ensure you have what you require.

Yes, you are welcome to take calls at your desk, the ambience is at a conversational volume. You are also welcome to step into one of our phone booths when you need a private chat away from colleagues and co-workers.

The 4-person offices are 12m² and the 2-person offices are 8m².

The meeting room is 12m² and seats up to 8 people.
